All Fit to Belong partners gathered fin Portugal or the final Transnational Project Meeting, which was held in Almada and organised by our Portugal partners Associação Novo Mundo Azul. During the Final Meeting all partners discussed their partnership, their experiences and contributions in the project and their last responsibilities. After dealing with all projects’ duties there was time to remember funny moments and great memories. The team also visited the foster home in Almada.
