The App team of the Fit to Belong Project has submitted their app introduction video to a competition of innovative technologies, called TeknoFest. In this 2-minute-long video, the team explains that they are developing an app exclusively for the use of a school community. The app is supposed to strengthen the relationships and communication within the school community by making it easier for students to find new friends in a safe environment and to organise activities together. If this entry is successfully accepted in the pre-evaluation stage, the team will be invited to submit a detailed report on the features of the app. If the detailed report passes this evaluation step too, then the team will be invited to join in the TeknoFest event in September 2021 in Antalya, Turkey. As there are thousands of applications each year for this competition, it seems that the evaluation process will be a tough one. But the Fit to Belong App Team has full confidence in this application that they are codesigning with the technical team from the F2B project and they are already dreaming of how to organise a party of victory with their first prize of 12.000 TL. The Fit 2 Belong App team consists of 15 enthusiastic adolescents and project team members from Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Turkey and Belgium.
